The installers were efficient, respectful to all my tenants, worked continuously and had such a positive attitude, All installers introduce themselves and expressed their appreciation of the job they completed. It’s nice when they treat the place as if it’s their own. Jason (Owner) is simply a great guy to communicate with. He’s quick to reply via phone, email or text and it feels like we’ve been friends forever. We are very happy with our front gutters and down pipes and look forward in having our back gutters done once we can save up for it. Highly recommended!!

We were very pleased with every aspect of our dealings with SurroundZ. Jamey who came up to our home was on time, knowledgeable and very professional. While other companies offered Google Earth to do quotes up I felt uneasy as they all made the quote subject to conditions at the time of installation where as Jamey gave us a firm price. The work crew was also on time and did a very good job in both installation and clean up, they also communicated well with what and why they did things.

Jamey at SurroundZ was very prompt at returning my call and scheduling an appointment. The team came out on the specified day and did an amazing install, and a thorough walk around at the end of the job. Best part was, there were no hidden fees. And everyone I dealt with was very pleasant and respectful.

The team at SurroundZ took care of us very well. When competitors would only do a quote based on a Google Maps estimate, SurroundZ came out to my house to make sure their quote was accurate. I wasn't able to be home during the start of the installation, but the team did a great job not blocking me out of my house (I have a weird driveway,) and were polite, and professional the whole way through. Upon completion they cleaned up the area, walked me around to show me the end product, and once I was happy, they were all done and left with a smile. I would recommend SurroundZ to anyone that needs to get their eaves replaced!

I can't even begin to explain how happy I am with SurroundZ team. To make a long story short, I booked my service with the "top rated" company in Kelowna, which I won't directly name but there's nothing pure about them. However, I was surprised by the price that I was quoted over the phone, with no one coming to my house. After giving it some thought, I called the company back to inquire about the price; as a young woman and new home owner, I was disrespected to the point that I cancelled my appointment within 30 seconds of the conversation (keep in mind, I wasn't intending to cancel, I simply wanted the price explained to me). Anyways, low and behold I came across SURROUNDZ! One of their team members made the effort to come to my home, walk around my house with me, ask me what style gutter I wanted, explained the differences to me, asked me where I wanted my downspouts, and more. And the price was a whopping $500 difference. Not only is their customer service incredible, their work is reliable and very reasonably priced AND comes with a 15 year warranty on both labor and materials. 10/10 recommend!!!!

I called SurroundZ and talked with Jamey he came out and we talked about what repairs I would like done. I had a quote within a few days. We set up an appointment and there guys (Keith & Kristopher) Showed up on time, we went over what they were going to do and then they got right to work. After about 2.5 hours they were all finished and told me everything they did. I Was very please with the work they did and would recommend them.

I am very happy with the service we received today the crew arrived and where a pleasure to work with, they listened and where willing to work with us. When they started to work they worked efficiently and effectively. I was very happy with the service all around from the initial quote right up to the actual installation, they were very professional and on the ball. If you are looking for gutters I would highly recommend them to anybody. I can honestly say that I received excellent service and I am glad I decided to use SurroundZ eavestroughs.

My wife and I are only going to reiterate what all the other reviewers have communicated. Jason responded quickly when we asked for a quote, provided a detailed scope of work and then followed up with a phone call. We wanted to keep our cedar soffit as the majority of the boards are in great shape however the other companies that quoted our work did not want to bother having to replace the 6 or so boards and suggested we just replace everything with aluminum. Jason had them custom milled for us at a fraction of the cost. The installers were professional, courteous, showed up on time, no swearing, in fact the one young guy sang while he worked, cleaned up after each day....etc. I think you get the picture. Thanks Jason and the gang. Great job, the eaves and new fascia look and perform great!
